Blackbird Flat Reserve
Campsite Description
Blackbird Flat Reserve is 74km NW of Kempsey on the Kempsey/Armidale Rd on the Macleay River and signposted. 2wd, trailer or caravan access.
It is set well above the river so steep banks to the river. Large grassed shaded areas. Bring own drinking water and firewood.
Very popular as it is closer to Kempsey than Georges Junction (26 kms further west) but is a very nice spot. Worth a look if you are passing through.
