Campsite Description
Comet Flat Campsite. Just head East Opposite the Woods Point Pub down Johnson Hill Tk. (Dead Horse Lane) Turn right after the 1st ford past Richmond Flats, ford river thrice more & you're there. Can access by car 99.9% of the time (unless Goulburn River is in flood) Two historic gold mines in the vicinity, many more within 5 k's, plenty of room for any number of vehicles. General store may not be open but pub is good for a meal on a rainy day. Many tracks to explore by 4X4 around.
