Rocky Paddock is situated in the Mt Crawford Forest, at the top of Gordon Road. Entry is via Tower Rd and a camping permit must be purchased from the local ranger station only minutes away on Warren Rd. The campsite has a long drop dunny, fire pits with hot plates and plenty of wildlife. Only about an hour from Adelaide, its a great place to get away from the hussle and bussle of city life, yet not far to travel. Fire restrictions apply, so check with Forestry SA for more info.
